Today’s a good day to check out Lonesome World, which is:

– Powered by the apocalypse (though also uses playing cards, in addition to dice)

– One-on-one (one player and one GM)

– Western-themed (hence the cards)

One play tester called Lonesome World, “the tightest set of moves I’ve ever seen in an AW hack.”

I’ve just released the first draft of move examples, short narratives demonstrating the moves in play.
