I have trouble with this limitation: My character’s power does not help with gaining access to places they normally couldn’t. (or does it grant them some mode of transportation like teleportation, flight, wall-crawling, super-speed, etc.)

My character has claws that let him pass through walls by tearing it up. Does this means it “heps” my character to gain access to places he normally couldn’t?

And yet, if a power just give the character a mean of transportation does it’s also considered a limitation?

City Bonds.

City Bonds.

City Bonds. Now imagine a supers-team like JLA, Stormwatch or The Authority not just linked to a city but an entire planet. Or an Intergalatic defenders such as Green Lanterns, Guardians of the galaxy, Infinity Guard or OMEGA Men. Would you change City Bond to “Location” Bond to represent the PC area of action?

What verb should I have to use if I want to spot a clue or comb an area with a speedster?

What verb should I have to use if I want to spot a clue or comb an area with a speedster?

What verb should I have to use if I want to spot a clue or comb an area with a speedster? I’d go for an Investigate but sticking to the definition, it’s not purely a matter of reasoning or intellectual task. So, where do Perception actions fit?

How our heroes got harmed?

How our heroes got harmed?

How our heroes got harmed?

Checking out the Movements outcomes I can find out the following effects that harm or give a condition our PC:

– Defy danger on a 7-9, offered by the EiC (BTW, what happen on a 6-?) – Take down (It’s a bit confusing. You can choose not to take harm in the doing. Do that implies that if you don’t choose this option you take that harm? What about the other un-chosen options? The same with Aid or Interfere?)

– A failed Push.

– Redirecting an attack with Serve and Protect?

– Of course, they can be harmed by an effect in the fiction.

Is the above right? Any other ways to harm the PC?
