Sooooooo.
Sooooooo… Anyone interested in a community collection of Rooms? I’m sure my fellow Groundskeepers could use some inspiration. Thoughts?

Tragic Tuesdays – Bluebeard’s Bride
These sessions are scheduled for 4 hours. If all players are in agreement, these session will be recorded. These are oneshots.
Bluebeard’s Bride is a tabletop roleplaying game of supernatural horror set in a familiar fairy tale. The tale starts simply enough: one room in Bluebeard’s house is forbidden to the Bride. She eventually falls prey to her curiosity and opens it, discovering gruesome evidence that reveals her husband to be a killer of women. The game you play with this book is different—you and your friends explore the rooms of Bluebeard’s home as his Bride, creating your own beautifully tragic version of the dark fairy tale. (Please note: this game generally goes into dark and extremely sensitive subject matter.)
As always, the Gauntlet Inclusivity Policy (http://www.gauntlet-rpg.com/the-inclusivity-policy.html) will be in effect. Safety tools will be in use: both the X-Card and Script Change will be available.

Hey there
Hey there,
So, the Bluebeard’s Bride play materials .pdf is in kind of an odd format. Does anyone have any good printing tips for them?
Thanks.
Another Tragic Tuesday has passed, so here’ s an Actual Play video to watch.

Hi, Bluebeard team.
Hi, Bluebeard team. My ring and scarf and token set still hasn’t arrived. I sent a message through Kickstarter and haven’t received a reply. Can anybody tell me what I ought to do next?

i have noticed that the book suggests having 3-5 players, but i was wondering if it would be possible to play with 2 players? i was not seeing any particular obstacle in the text, but i was wondering if maybe there was something i was missing, so i thought that i would ask here. also, does anyone here have experience with running this game with less than 3 players?
I had the chance to interview Sarah Richardson for our podcast.
I had the chance to interview Sarah Richardson for our podcast. The episode starts in German, but the interview is in English (with dismal accents on our side). 😀

Had another delightful game of Bluebeard’s Bride last night with The Gauntlet… A question for those of you have run it:
How do you enforce pacing? In the two games I have run we have gotten through a maximum of three rooms (plus the final room). They have been 4 hour slots. Do you just remind them early and often that they can propose a truth at any time? Do you point out that it is really in their hands to decide what happened in the room – ie their interpretation could be entirely different from what the Groundskeeper had been thinking?

Flipped through the Book of Rooms and I think it will help me feel much more comfortable the next time I run the game. Lots of good inspiration and just enough information to serve as jumping off spots for room description.
I found the last time I ran Bluebeard, I tended to be scant on details in describing rooms and couldn’t think on my feet fast enough to fill them with all senses. Things started off well, but I got very worn down by the third room and it had a very sterile feel to it. This should help fix that.
