Justin Phillips – My GM advice for what its worth – to prep for the game I just ran I basically used the description in the event, named two NPCs, used the factions that you guys created and based the item on the character descriptions. That is it. And like Sean said – have a strong starting hook that requires the PCs to act and not dither. Hopefully that helps.

It was quiet on board the ICL AC0004 Achilles, a Comanche class cruiser, as it patrolled outer system of the Garsnot solar system, Home to Tansot, a Paebak colony. The Achilles was part of Task Force 263 and was one of three Comanche cruisers assigned to protect the system. Along with the Achilles were the Apache class light cruiser ICL CH0013 Cochise, and three Ogre class system monitors: The ICL Grendel, Beowulf, and the Carl Rove.

Just wanted to quickly share: Played in a semi-regular 5e Hangouts game last week. One of the other players was one of the ones I had GM’d for a few weeks ago for my first UW game. The DM was hemming and hawing and constantly looking things up and I finally blurted out, “Put down the book and just play to the fiction!”
A second later I got a private message from the other player: “I miss your game.” 🙂
