If you’re playing the Manager, can you manage another player, or should you manage an NPW? If an NPW: will you not making any Wrestling Moves on their behalf (their stuff gets narrated), or can you narrate what you like when you have “control” and then hand it back without rolling anything, or do you just take part in non-wrestling bits?

One player has a great Manager idea, but want to make sure they’ll still be engaged. I can imagine messing with the Manager playbook to allow them to wrestle for themselves (while mostly being a mouthpiece).

This whole match is pretty good but Osirian Portal (the masked guys) and the Devastation Corporation (the huge guys in face paint) are generally THE BUSINESS from about 13:45ish onward with tandem offense.

Looks like it’s already time to print more books! I reached out to some retailers that I’ve had positive interactions with in the past, and the stock they want to order is taking up the rest of the books I have on hand.

This means that I’ve sold out of the 143 “extra” books I was able to print thanks to the Kickstarter. They went about 10% fulfilling KS backers, contributor and review copies; 40% direct sales and 50% into retail.

Basically, I’ve sold more books post-Kickstarter of WWWRPG than I generally sell out of my back catalog in a YEAR. That’s amazing.

PDF sales have been very strong as well.

Even better, we have an active but not insular (I think) community here, with you folks contributing your awesome ideas and having fun discussions. That’s huge for me, and really makes me happy to see.

In the wider internets, people are playing and talking about their play of the game, which is the lifeblood of small press publishing and I couldn’t be more pleased with.

So. A huge success story for me, as a creator and publisher, so far. And thank you all for being part of it. It’s rad. YOU ARE RAD. Keep it up!

Trying to nail down a time that works for Rohit Ramnath and Joe Zantek  so we can start getting some CLOSURE BABY.

Right now, the next workable day seems to be this coming friday 3/6. 7pm central time (8pm eastern), as per usual.

Jason Cox Peter Bothwick Stras Acimovic Matthew Caulder Adams Tower Joseph Le May – who can make it?

Again, since we’re aiming to start wrapping up this set of storylines, I would prefer not to add new folks at this time. Sorry!

I’m not really a wrestling fan but I really do like WWWRPG.

I’m not really a wrestling fan but I really do like WWWRPG. Been struggling with inspiration for what kind of character I would like to play. then I remembered there’s a great wrestling chapter in Paper Mario: The Thousand Year door and one of my favorite characters from that game is Rawk Hawk. I think he’d be a Heel Anti-Hero. Mario is, of course, a Baby Face Golden Boy. The various other wrestlers that Mario triumphs over on his way to the top would be Jobbers and what not.

Silly as it is, this is helping me grok WWWRPG.

It’s Friday, let’s do something fun!

What’s your legit favorite move, and why? .gifs allowed and appreciated.

I dunno guys, every time I see Arn Anderson hit that Spinebuster part of me just cries out in joy. It’s so beautiful AND looks devastating.
