There’s not much to share yet, still processing it, but I can say this:
Princess World rocked!
Had the two very first ever plays of it at #Dreamation this weekend and it worked better than I could have imagined.
Much more to come!

I joined my buddy John Brooks to attend #Dreamation. We had heard a few things about it from other folks at Games on Demand. Played some good games, some mediocre games but the highlight was playing #TheWard, a new PBtA story game by Kevin Petker. This game models medical drama/comedies and hit the tone right on. While we took it the drama route, the game is flexible in all the best ways other PBtA games are but still felt wonderfully specific to the genre (saving lives, interpersonal conflict, the one nurse that keeps the hospital from falling apart). Magpie Games I can’t wait to play it again, even if I have to wait until #GenCon.

I ran a blues inspired scenario twice at #Dreamation last week and since folks were clamoring for more, I’m looking to build it out a bit. As such, I’m looking for some feedback on a custom move:
When you lose something precious to you and it is your own damn fault, roll + cool. On 10+, Choose 3. 7-9, Choose 1.
– You don’t take -1 Ongoing until you give it up for good
– Something else comes your way
– You’ll get it back some day
– Gain 1 Luck

Hey Nathan Paoletta I was thinking if we do end up running a pickup game of WWWRPG at #Dreamation it would be sorta cool if you could skype in as the creative and run it remotely! I’ll have my macbook with me but I don’t know how realistic the possibility of this is given the sketchy internet at the Hyatt and this assumes your willingness and availability whenever said game happens. Was hoping to see you again this year!! Just a thought…..
