A question about Masks with kids.

A question about Masks with kids… has anyone played this with pre-teens, like KIDS. I know PbtA games in general can work relatively well for many reasons, but just asking if anyone has experience running for kids and if it can work, or does too much get lost since this is about teenagers, and with the whole “damage” tracks and such. Is this game to high-brow for an 8 year old? Curious.

Has anyone ever run a Masks game set during a prior Generation? I’m increasingly in love with the idea.

So, Impossible Fighting Skills from The Protege. Have y’all seen any especially cool spins on this ability at the table? I’ve seen some clever versions of the Janus’s Impossible Mobility (superspeed, altering personal gravity, dissolving into mist), but with the fighting skills thing I’ve only ever seen ‘really good at martial arts.’ I’m curious to hear some weirder interpretations that have popped up.
