We are coming up to our first PPV Event and I wanted to add a ladder match for the main event. How have you guys done a ladder match (or other gimmick matches like a tables match, Elemination Chamber, War Games etc.)?

Hardcore Help: Prior to picking up this game, I wasn’t very invested in wrestling, so my pool of reference is quite small. The Hardcore gimmick looks appealing, but I’m concerned that I’m just going to keep saying, “I hit them with the chair”

Does anyone have any advice on how to narrate hardcore/garbage wrestling without descending into monotony? Additionally, is there any exemplary footage of hardcore wrestling or places containing exemplary footage of hardcore wrestling that I could get directions to? I know ECW and NJPW have relevant matches, but is it possible to “cut to the chase”?

Outside of the New Year’s Fray supplement that Nathan put out last year, are there any other scenarios that exist out there for one-shots or campaign seeds? Is there any interest for something along these lines?

I grabbed International Incident at PAX East this year and I dig the new promotion rules, and between that, not having any other games running at the moment, and kind of being in a lull with my wrestling fandom as of late, I’ve been kicking around the idea of putting together some small modules for WWWRPG. Something along the lines of coming up with a promotion, an upcoming big event card, and some PWs & NPWs with short storyline write-ups leading into the card for people to pick up and run as intro one-shots or Con games if they need something. I’m just not sure if anything already exists out there like that in order to see how other people might’ve put together their stuff.

Anybody know of anything or have any thoughts on something like this?

Hey friends, this small Kickstarter includes expansion material for WWWRPG, including off-camera interactions and more detailed support for promos! I’m not involved at all except to say “great, sounds good” so I can’t vouch for the details as yet, but I’m definitely pleased to see the WWWRPG Universe expanding.

Anyway, it’s already funded, and will include material for Blades in the Dark and Monsterhearts along with WWWRPG and any other additional goals she adds. Take a look!

Nathan, I’m having a blast running WWW! Even my players who are NOT wrestling fans are really getting into it. I have a quick question.

When a match ends and we calculate heat and award audience, if both gain audience and hit four do they both stay there? Do they both make the Over move at the beginning of the next session?

I’m trying to get my head around how the belts get won in wrestling. I can’t seem to work out how someone gets to challenge for the belt is it simply that they are on a hot streak and then a feud with the champion builds into a challenge for the belt?

What other options do I have? Royal rumble for a chance at the belt holder? Ladder match for the belt?
